We are working hard to improve the way these videos are displayed and our user experience. Like we mentioned on our “About us” page, we want and curate only the best for our users.

Note:
- You need to login using the appropriate (The links displayed at the footer of the webpage amd the beginning of each post. The link at the beginning of each posts are visible to only non logged in users) links to enjoy these features.
- You will loose access to your account and all OMSP features if you cancel your plan. If you wish that we delete your data, please apply and we will wipe your data and information from our database. You can still create another account if you wish to sign up again.
- If you share your account credentials with anyone, you do that at your own risk and we won’t be responsible for any damages that might be done to your account.
- Your account can’t be logged in on more than one device at a time. Our systems will stop any attempt to violate this.
- Your credit card details and passwords are encrypted for security reasons. We have no access to them. Your transactions are secured and are processed through a secure socket layer.
- Although our security systems are hardened to prevent the hacking of your account, we strongly advice that you use a very strong password when signing up. A password combination of upper case, lower case letters, numbers and special characters will be the best.
- Please pay very close attention to your mail box for information concerning your account status. Also check your spam folder just incase your mail service marks our mail as spam.
- You are absolutely free to create multiple accounts, just in case you want to purchase a plan for a friend. You will need a seperate email address for this.
- Writers will need to upgrade their account to enjoy OMSP.
Concerning free trials.
Just in case you doubt the quality of our resources, well, we have no free trial option available, rather we have a 1 day access option in which you can purchase with the sum of $0.5 This fee was put in place to discourage spammers. This trial option will last for only 24hrs ie if you purchase it by 3:00pm you will loose access by 3:00pm the next day.
Refunds: We will refund your cash 100% if you decide to cancel your subscription within 24 hrs after renewal. You are eligible for refunds only on plan renewals. Ie You won’t be refunded after your first activation of any plan.
To make things more clear:
Mr A purchases a one week plan for the first time. Mr A won’t be refunded if he applies for a refund. Mr A can only be refunded if he cancels his plan and applies for a refund within 24hrs of the time his plan was renewed. Ie Mr A was charged and his weekly plan renewed by 2:30 pm, Mr A will only be refunded if he applies for a refund between 2:30pm and 2:30pm the next day.
Users that purchase the free trial subscription are not eligible for refunds.
